At Kellards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, and original parts must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened software or downloadable products.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Damaged, missing, or incomplete products.
  • Products with missing serial numbers or altered packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at sales@kellards.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the item(s) and include the RA number inside the package.
  3. Ship the package to our return center at: Kellards Returns Department
    3237 Greenpoint Ave, LIC, NY 11101
  4. make sure you ship your return with tracking

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we offer replacements. Please contact our support team for assistance.
