Wing offers 24 Midas PRO mic preamps and features eight XLR outputs as well as five 1/4" TRS headphone outputs. Thankfully, the number of I/O can be expanded with three AES50 SuperMAC ports, the StageCONNECT port, and optional expansion cards for audio interfaces, digital network bridges, MADI, and ADAT/WC. There are five variable plug-in processing slots for all 40 stereo input channels. Each slot can host plug-ins based on iconic vintage analog equalizers and compressors, plus insert FX slot and 4-band parametric EQ for all 8 stereo aux channels.

Stereo or Mono—You Decide
- Set all channel and buses to mono, stereo, or even M/S while maintaining the full channel count (FX slots included) at no performance cost at all.
- Give musicians an immersive experience of full stereo in-ear monitoring with WING's 16 stereo buses. You can also add stereo insert effects to any channel with just a single click
- WING's flexible channel configuration adapts to your needs, offering up to 48 channels in any Mono, Stereo, or M/S format
- WING RACK features a control front panel on a unique swivel, allowing for fully convenient operation.
- Dedicated Custom Control section, with 16 customizable layers and 3 preconfigured channel layers, is clearly labeled on a separate LCD.
- Large touch screen with rotary controls for intuitive parameter adjustments offers the same innovative user interface for which the full-size WING console is famous.
24 Midas PRO Preamps Onboard
- Just like the venerable Midas M and PRO series mixers, WING RACK also comes with 24 Midas PRO preamps, delivering the same sweet sound and huge dynamic range.
- It’s tiny but uncompromising. The WING RACK has exactly the same number of digital I/O as the full-size WING: AES50, USB, AoIP, StageConnect—you name it.
- WING stores the configuration (stereo/mono/mid-sides), gain, phantom power, along with a name, an icon, color and tags directly to every input. This combination is called a Source. You can easily edit Sources using your iPad while making the connections onstage.
- Channels are automatically configured from the connected Source information and are ready to go. This enables quick setups and on-the-fly adjustments, prevents errors, and makes it easier than ever to manage WING's 370+ inputs. It’s like having your own custom toolbox, where everything you need is perfectly organized and ready to use.
- Switch between artists on the fly
- Manage multiple play out destinations with streaming or video
- Navigate complex live events with distributed or networked I/O
- Use the built-in 64-track recorder for virtual sound checks or live playback
- Connect to the 48-track USB audio interface for perfect integration with your DAW
Save and recall precise FX parameters, specific channel settings, console settings, or entire shows. Whether you're working on a complex live performance or a musical theater project, WING offers an extremely comprehensive toolkit for recalling and triggering all elements of your show instantaneously, with the granularity you need.
World-Class Effects
- WING is equipped with over 80 unique effects and emulations inspired by renowned hardware like the Pultec EQ, SSL Bus Compressor, Gate/Expander, SPL Transient Designer, Neve EQ, Compressor, Gate, Focusrite ISA, and D3, DBX160, LA-2A, 1176, Elysia mPressor, and Empirical Labs Distressor. No external gear is required.
- WING boasts double the effect engines and insert points compared to the X32 and utilizes 40-bit internal processing algorithms, providing greater accuracy and an expanded dynamic range.
Record Up to 64 Channels
- The WING LIVE card comes preinstalled and allows you to record up to 64 channels simultaneously to 2 linked SD cards, or take a pre-recorded session and do a virtual soundcheck in the venue. You can also use one 32-track SD recorder for playback and the second one for recording the performance.
- You can easily change the WING LIVE card for a WING DANTE card, enabling full 64x64 channel Dante networking connectivity. We are also planning other expansion cards for MADI and Waves Soundgrid, for example.
- The internal AoIP (Audio over IP) modules can fit directly into the mainboard of your WING console and enable the two internal network ports for Ethernet-based audio transmission. Our retailers can also help you upgrade your existing WING or order a new WING console with your preferred card preinstalled. We currently have AoIP-Dante and AoIP-WSG (Waves Soundgrid) modules available.
- Transfer 32 channels of 44.1 kHz / 48 kHz and 24-bit audio to and from I/O interfaces, hubs, personal monitoring mixers, and more using just one XLR/DMX cable.
- Use a standard XLR mic cable for short connection, like connecting your side rack or internal rack connections.
- Using a regular 3-pin XLR DMX cable allows for long cable runs of over 30m (100 feet).
