Enjoy high-resolution music with the FiiO FH15, a pair of customizable in-ear monitor headphones that are designed to reproduce any style of music with power and clarity. The FH15 features two high-frequency balanced armature drivers, a custom midrange BA driver, and a single 10mm carbon-based dynamic driver, which combine for a full frequency sound (10 Hz to 40 kHz).

The sound signature of the FH15 can be customized thanks to the three audio filters (Bass, Balance, Treble). Additionally, the headphones include 16 pairs of eartips, which further enhance the overall performance including Bass, Balance, Vocals, and the new HS18 for reduced high-frequency loss and improved resolution. The FH15 also includes a carrying case, cleaning brush, and other accessories.

Bass, mids, and treble have been tuned in a way that allows the FH15 to sound great with all genres of music.
Should you wish to customize your listening experience to focus on a particular instrument, such as piano, guitar, violin, etc., the FH15 features interchangeable filters with distinctly different sounds.

10mm Dynamic Driver with Carbon-Based Diaphragm
FiiO chose carbon for its lightweight, strong rigidity, and high internal resistance. The driver can quickly start and stop movements when responding to changes in the input signal. The high internal damping allows the driver's edge and middle to move in synchronicity, minimizing breakup of the driver and reducing distortion.

Custom Knowles BA Drivers

The mid frequencies are produced by a custom Knowles ED BA driver that works in conjunction with specially placed tuning holes in the shell of the FH15, allowing for lusher vocals and a more musical sound.
Treble is produced by a pair of Knowles RAD BA drivers, which are capable of the high resolution and reproduce every last detail in the music for a truly airy sound.

Patented S.Turbo Design for Optimized Frequency Response
For a cleaner and more natural sound, the S.Turbo acoustic design filters the higher frequencies produced by the bass driver with a low-pass filter. This design reduces frequency response overlap between the bass and mid drivers delivering a more coherent sound and a more balanced frequency response.

Eartips

Red and black eartips: bass eartips, which can improve the bass sense.
Translucent black eartips: balanced eartips, actual listening experience may vary from users.
Red and white eartips: vocals eartips, more outstanding on mids performance with front vocals.
Translucent white eartips: design for the small sound tube, which can be inserted deeper into the ear canal for richer sounds.
Memory foam eartips: more fitting for ear canals with better sound insulation and noise cancellation effects.
HS18 eartips: provide comfortable wearing experience and reduce high-frequency loss and improve resolution.

Litz-Braided Monocrystalline Copper Cable
The FH15 includes a 152-wire silver-plated monocrystalline copper cable featuring eight strands of Litz-braided wire. The Litz braiding reduces the skin and proximity effects, leading to reduced eddy current losses and an improved high-frequency resolution. Additionally, the audio plugs are swappable and include 3.5 and 4.4mm plugs.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Easy 30 Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Kellards within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

You may initiate a return or exchange by requesting an RMA at sales@kellards.com.

Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Kellards reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Kellards can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
