The FH5s features two balanced armature drivers and two dynamic drivers, which provide better vocals and soundstage along with smooth, coherent bass and mid-bass for a larger than life sound with a better sense of atmosphere that truly envelopes you into the music.

The earphones have been accurately tuned to provide robust bass, clear mid-range vocals, and remarkable, non-fatiguing highs and ultra-highs. What's more, there are three tuning switches for customizing the bass, mids, and treble for your best possible sound. The semi-open design at the rear cavity ensures that the air pressure at the front and rear cavities are balanced, resulting in a more comfortable listening experience with a larger and more natural sound stage.

The TRISHELL acoustic design technology is inspired by supercars and is constructed from CNC-machined aluminum-magnesium alloy, which mitigates resonance and reduces distortion. The included 3.9' cable is made with high-purity silver-plated copper, braided in a Litz style for purer sound. The cable comes with expanded MMCX connectors and a twist-lock interchangeable plug system (2.5, 3.5, 4.4mm). The FH5s also includes 13 pairs of eartips, a cleaning brush, and a carrying case.

Custom Drivers

12mm beryllium-plated dome + PU gasket dynamic low frequency driver is the third generation 12mm Tesla low-frequency dynamic driver that is engineered to give extremely high-quality bass. With its rigid yet flexible polyurethane polymer surrounding gasket + beryllium-plated diaphragm dome and N52 magnets capable of 1.5 Tesla, this driver is capable of some seriously deep and potent yet controlled bass.
6mm beryllium-plated dynamic mid-frequency driver provides the low and mid frequencies. The beryllium-plated diaphragm dynamic drivers are carefully tuned to smoothly connect to the other drivers.
Time-tested Knowles TWFK-30017 balanced armature high-frequency driver has proven to be wildly popular among music listeners. This driver is placed directly in the sound tube to be as close to the ear as possible for less high-frequency loss and better extension, giving the FH5s its exquisite treble.

Finely Tuned

Within the FH5s, FiiO has accurately calculated how each driver should focus on the low, mid, high, and ultra-high frequency response ranges for great sound. The results? Robust bass, clear mid-range vocals, and exquisite, yet non-fatiguing, highs and ultra-highs.
While the default sound tuning will suit the taste of most audiophiles, there are also three tuning switches controlling the bass, mids, and treble for further customization. Whether due to listening to a certain kind of music or due to your taste, find a sound that perfectly fits you with the tuning switches.

TRISHELL Acoustic Design Technology

The FH5s employs the TRISHELL "sandwich" structural design, with the 5-axis CNC-machined aluminum-magnesium alloy rear shell, body, and front covers solidly fixed together at 3 points to greatly reduce excess resonance and distortion.
The shell is made of CNC-machined aluminum-magnesium alloy, which is firm enough to even reduce the unwanted resonances within. Here, the sturdiness of the shell actually improves your music.

Cable

Included is a cable with 4 strands of 120 wires each, made of high-purity silver-plated monocrystalline copper, braided in Litz style for purer sound. The cable comes with expanded MMCX connectors and a twist-lock interchangeable 2.5/3.5/4.4mm plugs system to further enhance your overall experience.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Easy 30 Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Kellards within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

You may initiate a return or exchange by requesting an RMA at sales@kellards.com.

Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Kellards reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Kellards can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
